What does a customized painting cost?

The cost of your commissioned work is individual in terms of size, motif and effort. In general, commissioned work starts at $250 and up. Contact me for a personalized quote:artbyannalena@gmail.com

Can I give input during the painting process?

Yes, I will send updates and arrange coordination meetings with you so that we can ensure that the end result meets your expectations. During the painting process you always have the possibility to adjust the painting (colors and shapes) according to your ideas.

How can I pay?

For commissioned works of art, 50% of the price is paid at the beginning, and the remaining 50% when the painting is sent.
You can transfer the money, pay via Credit Card or pay cash, PayPal, Venmo, for a local meeting.

Can I pay by installments?

You can pay by installments, usingShop Pay.If you are new to Shop Pay, you'll need to create an account. Existing Shop Pay users just log in. You'll receive a link to complete the order.

How long does it take to create my painting?

For personalized artwork, the time of creation will depend on the complexity of the picture and on the demand, typically 2 to 6 weeks. Please contact me so that I can give you an exact delivery date.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. If you live in the USA, you can expect delivery times of 4 to 10 working days.
Outside the USA, you can expect 10 working days to 4 weeks. In rare cases, shipping takes even longer.
Either way, you’ll be able to track shipping with a tracking number.  

How much is the delivery cost?

If you live in drivable distance of Barre Vermont I am happy to deliver the painting myself. If not the Painting will be professionally packed and shipped to your destination. Depending on your living destination, there might be extra cost for shipping and customs. These costs will be calculated in your offer.

What happens if I don’t like the finished painting?

Commissioned works of art are made according to your individual wishes. I set up coordination dates with you so that we can ensure that the end result meets your expectations.

Can I return a commissioned work?

Commissioned works can only be returned if they are damaged upon arrival.
