Things have been CRAZY lately…
I had the chance to bring life and inspiration to an entire office floor in Montpelier, VT with my art!!
The company had just moved into a new office space, which started out as a beautiful blank canvas — plain walls, functional furniture, fire pits, and great lighting, but the space lacked personality. The walls still needed to be painted, and furniture needed to be set up. It was functional and a great space, but everyone stepping into it could feel that something was missing — an energy that would make the room feel complete.
The owner wanted to underline the potential of the new place with consistent artwork in each office on the floor. They envisioned a space that would feel warm, welcoming, and inspiring.
That’s where my art came in.
After understanding their vision, we carefully selected 11 Fine Art Prints and 1 Original Artwork from my collection that would complement the space’s color scheme, vibe, and personality. We chose landscapes that radiate peace and balance — think serene lakes, glowing sunsets, and tranquil mountains. All Vermont landscape sceneries that invite you to pause and take a deep breath, even in the middle of a busy day, filling you up with positive vibes.
I hired my dear husband to help me hang the paintings (my first and best employee ever, easy to please with beer and burgers as a reward for his hard work — he definitely earned it! 😊). He’s been a real trooper and did such a great job hanging each artwork carefully, even when we discovered that not all walls were drywall — some were stone walls!
So, we came back to finish hanging everything.
And there will be more!
The transformation so far has been incredible, but it’s not finished yet. Commission pieces have been ordered for the entrance room, and I can’t wait to create and hang those. Stay tuned for updates on that — it’s going to be amazing!
Over the next couple month I will be working on 4 commission pieces, and you get first sight of the painting process and progress.
As we hung the final piece and stepped back, the transformation was amazing. What was once just an office became a space with soul. The walls, now alive with vibrant colors and serene views, seemed to embrace everyone who walked in. It was a true glow-up!
