Shipping policy
Order Processing Times All orders (excluding commission artwork) are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For orders within the USA:
- Free Shipping: Delivery costs are free for orders of $50 or up.
- Local Pickup: You can also pick up your painting in person. Please contact us to set up a meeting.
Delivery times within the USA are estimated to be 4 to 10 business days.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates Delivery costs outside the USA depend on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination country. Please contact us for an individual shipping offer.
Delivery times outside the USA are estimated to be 10 business days to 4 weeks. In rare cases, shipping may take longer. Regardless of the destination, you will be able to track your shipment with a tracking number.
Local Delivery Free local delivery is available for original paintings within Washington County, Vermont. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Local Pickup Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Vermont location. We will contact you when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping We offer international shipping to individual countries. Please contact us for more information.
For international orders, estimated delivery times range from 10 business days to 4 weeks.
Import Duties and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we will inform you during the checkout process.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at artbyannalena@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Custom Painting Shipping Policies All prices for custom paintings include packaging and shipping costs within Vermont. Packaging and shipping costs outside of Vermont may be charged separately. The value-added tax is charged based on the order location.
- Delivery time within the USA is approximately 4 to 10 days after receipt of the final payment. In other parts of the USA or outside, it may take longer (approximately 10 working days to 4 weeks). Longer delivery times may occur depending on the supplier.
- Delivery is made to the delivery address provided, unless a confirmed deviation has been agreed upon in writing.
