How to organize a painting party

Planning a private painting party can seem overwhelming, but I'm here to simplify it for you!
Here's what you need to know to start:

1. Party Size: The maximum number of attendees depends on your venue, but typically around 20 people works well. A minimum of 6 people will be required to host a party.

2. Location: You can host the party at your home, office, or I can assist in finding a suitable venue tailored to your needs. I'm happy to travel to you! Please note that for locations outside of Washington County, VT, a travel fee will be applied.

Party FAQ's:

Is there a minimum number of people that need to attend?

A minimum of 6 people is required.

Is there a maximum number of people that can attend?

Typically, accommodating a maximum of 20 people at a time works well, but this can vary depending on the venue.

What do you require from me, as the host?

You just need to provide a table with chairs. All painting Materials are provided.

If I don't have a suitable venue, can you help me find one?

I organize paint and sip parties regularly, and I can assist in finding a suitable venue for your event.

Is there a fee or deposit?

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party time. Once the 6 party people minimum is reached, the deposit can be put toward your purchase, or returned to you.

Do I get any special perks for hosting the party?

As a host, you will get free greeting card sets as a gift or a fine art print of your choice (up to $45 value)

How long will you stay at the party?

Parties usually go for 2 hours, however for large groups, I will stay until every attendee has finished their painting.

How can my party attendees pay you?

You will receive a checkout link to share with all attendees. Payment can be made with credit card.

How much time in advance do I need to book the party?

A minimum of 4 weeks is required.

What about if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can use it toward a different date if the party is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 72 hours notice.

Will you travel to me?

Yes! For locations outside of Washington County, VT, a travel fee will be applied.
